Expanded from a traditional graphic design role into multidisciplinary work spanning brand, web, packaging, product content, and marketing technology. Expanded my graphic design and print-production expertise while working directly with clients and the public. Created award-winning print projects and developed a strong ability to translate customer needs into polished, production-ready solutions.

Began my career in prepress, graphic design, and customer service, developing a hands-on understanding of print production from customer request through final output. The experience built a strong foundation in file preparation, production-aware design, problem-solving, and client communication.

This program strengthened my ability to approach design challenges from the audience’s perspective. Through research, interviewing, ideation, and prototyping, I developed a more structured process for uncovering customer needs and turning insights into practical, testable ideas.

My studies in Graphic Design - Illustration established the creative and analytical foundation for my career. Through coursework in visual communication, design principles, and production, I developed a disciplined approach to turning complex ideas into clear, purposeful design solutions.
